Nicolas Le Riche, currently the director of LAAC (L’Atelier de L’Art Chorégraphique) at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris will be the new director of MADE IN the web member The Royal Swedish Ballet beginning autumn 2017. - We will work on classical pieces as well as with choreographic innovators in equal measure and design a creative, diverse program for all audiences, both national and international, Le Riche states in a press release from the Royal Swedish Ballet. Read more here.

TANZ IM AUGUST 2017
- ccap and K&C Kekäläinen & Company are performing

photo: Alexander Kenney
The MADE IN the web members K&C Kekäläinen & Company (FI) and the company ccap (SE) are performing at Tanz im August-festival in Berlin 8 Aug-2 Sep 2017.

A LINE_UP by ccap (SE) is shown 25-26 Aug 2017 at Radialsystem V. With the possibility to meet the artist Cristina Caprioli after the show on 25 Aug 2017. A LINE_UP departs from the Broadway musical A Chorus Line only to turn it into something else, and whilst the original leaves the theatre, a multitude of choreographies swag onto the floor and speak their mind. This lineup is a dissonant choir, made and undone by a craving for disorder. A LINE_UP is a co-production between ccap, NorrlandsOperan, Regionteatern Blekinge Kronoberg, Riksteatern and Tanz im August/HAU Hebbel am Ufer. Read more here.

Sanna Kekäläinen's work HAFED COLLAGE OF DIFFERENCES AND FRAGILITY is performed three times at Sophiensaele Festsaal, 31 Aug and 1-2 Sep 2017. Sanna Kekäläinen is known for her vast body of work, that has brought on stage a stubborn, independent, innocent in her nakedness, detached from the normative gender, loud, quirky and peculiar female character. Meet the artist Sanna Kekäläinen after the performance on 31 Aug 2017!
